I was poring over a newspaper horoscope--I thought it was the LA Times--and it listed an astrological sign, and then said "Rising?" and you could read the new paragraph written just for rising signs. Of course I read Scorpio first and then realized there was no listing for moons, and then I read Sagittarius.

Shawn and I were enrolled in classes in a beautiful venue with rooms that could hold about 100 people and with very high ceilings. We were courting again. I could pass by the class he was in and we'd make eyes at each other and my heart skipped a beat knowing I'd see him after class. We revolved in and out of classes and sometimes we were very close physically and sometimes we had to get to another class. When I saw him from far away, I felt filled with joy.

I drank an entire green bottle's worth of water, only the water was milky-colored, and it belonged to my boss.

I saw a Bonnie Raitt concert. When I looked up into the stands I zeroed in a gray-bearded man dancing maniacally. He was wearing a formal suit that was pink. Other people were dancing and wearing pink as well.

Recently: I shaved my legs for what seemed like hours, with utmost intensity.

Night before last: I was the new stripper in the club. I was always just getting ready or just leaving the stage. I was earnestly learning the ropes. I had a hard time with one satiny red costume.

Recently: I was on a date with Jerry Seinfeld, whom I discovered I liked very much.

Recently: My mother told me of her recurring nightmare during her first marriage.
